Refund Policy

Connection Fees

Connection fees paid to Service Handz cover matching, scheduling, and verification services. Because these services are rendered at the time of booking, connection fees are generally non-refundable once a Provider has been matched.

Emergency Inspection Fees

If an Emergency Inspection Rate was charged and no follow-up repair work is performed, please contact us to review eligibility for a partial refund.

Payment for Completed Work

Payment for labor and materials is arranged directly between the Client and the Provider and is not processed or held by Service Handz. Refund disputes over completed work should be resolved directly with your Provider. Service Handz is not responsible for issuing refunds on work performed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so through your account as early as possible. [Specific cancellation windows and fees to be confirmed.]
